Vision

Our vision is that we would become movers, shakers and shapers of the next two generations by developing them into the greatest leaders the church and our nation has ever seen. We want to be a model that could be reproduced anywhere.

This model would bring transformation to our city, state and nation by recapturing the seven mountains of our culture (Religion, Family, Education. Media, Business, Arts & Entertainment, Government).  

Purpose

We are a Bridge that empowers you to achieve your destiny.

Our Mission is to be a Bridge connecting the next two generations to the resources, people and opportunities needed to take them to their full potential and destiny. Our desire is to develop them into the greatest leaders the Kingdom of God has ever known.

We see this happening as believers experience transformation by crossing the Bridge to their destiny. This is our Structure which is called; 5 D’s to Destiny. An individual will go through 5 phases of transformation (Discover, Develop, Design, Demonstrate, Deploy) on their way to fulfilling their destiny.

We accept the responsibility of inspiring, motivating, investing in and being a Bridge to these next two generations knowing that they can make a difference.

The reason this vision is a must is due to the following concerns:

• We are concerned about the low spiritual state of the church affecting our nation.
• We are concerned about the lack of leadership and influence of the church in the world.
• We are concerned about the absence of Kingdom leaders making a difference on the seven mountains.
• We are concerned about believers living below their potential and not having influence.

We care enough about the future of our church and nation that we are more then willing to pour our lives and resources into these next two generations to bring the transformation that needs to take place.
