The Ministry

The Bridge is a ministry that embraces the inspired Word of God and the fullness of the Holy Spirit. We exist to fulfill the mandate of the great commission and the great commandment. We are a ministry that knows you have a destiny.  We come to support individuals and churches’ in reaching their full potential and fulfilling their destiny. We are a bridge that empowers you to reach your destiny.

God is also speaking to us in three areas:

  • To release the healing anointing to the local church and the nations.
  • To focus on bringing the voice and power of the Holy Spirit to the local church and the nations.
  • To declare an open heaven to every region and nation we visit.
The Bridge has a functional structure that helps facilitate the process of Christian growth and development. This process will take you through studies and opportunities that will bring you into a place of confidence in knowing your purpose and destiny.
We call this 5 D’s to Destiny: Discover, Develop, Design, Demonstrate and Deploy.

John and Nancy Bupree

John and Nancy Burpee

Dr. John G.L.Burpee is from Maine and he and his wife Nancy have lived in Lincoln, Nebraska for over fourteen years. He has pastored for twenty-five years, fourteen in Nebraska. Dr. Burpee served our country for nine years in the United States Air Force. Three of those years he served in Southeast Asia with his home base, Clark Air Force Base, Philippines.

Dr. Burpee and his wife have two children: Chad and Julie and four grand-children Jackson, Grayce, Danielle and Brielle.

Hobbies

Dr. Burpee and his wife enjoy riding their Harley Davidson around the country.
